Loyalty
A reason to come back that your margins can carry.
Points on every order, VIP tiers, and rewards customers redeem at checkout.

Switching it on
- Switch the module on with the toggle at the top of this page.
- Open Activities and set what earns points and what they are worth.
- Open UI customization for the points bar on your product pages and the rewards window.
- Turn the AlliDesk app embed on in your theme, then place a test order to watch the points land.
It is live when: The module is on and the app embed is running, so shoppers see and spend their points.
What your customer sees
A "Points" tab in their account on your own domain, in your branding — no second login, no app that looks like somebody else's.
Everything on the storefront is a theme block or the app embed, so there is no theme code to edit and nothing to undo if you switch the module off.
Questions merchants ask
How do I start a points programme?
Switch Loyalty on, then open Activities: set points per ₹1 on orders, add the extras you want (review, referral, birthday), and set what a point is worth at checkout.
When do points become usable?
Points are blocked when the order is placed and released at the stage you choose: paid, fulfilled or delivered. Cancellations and refunds take them back.
How do customers spend points?
Either a fixed reward from their account or any number of points in the cart. On Shopify's checkout the discount comes off automatically.
Can customers use points on GoKwik, Shiprocket or Razorpay Magic checkout?
Yes, once that checkout connects to AlliDesk. These checkouts run their own discount engine, so they read and spend points through AlliDesk's loyalty API: make a key under Settings → Integrations → API keys and send it to their team with the reference at doc.allidesk.com/developers/loyalty-api. Settings → Integrations → Checkouts & points shows which checkout your orders come through.
What are tiers?
Levels a customer reaches by earning: each tier can carry a better earn rate and its own perks. Set them under Loyalty; the customer sees their tier and what is left to the next one.
Works with
Every module shares the same customer, so these need no setting up twice.
