Ask for reviews automatically, moderate what comes in, and show stars, photos and answers on your product pages.
Switching it on
- Switch the module on with the toggle at the top of this page.
- Turn the AlliDesk app embed on in your theme.
- In Themes → Customize, add the AlliDesk Reviews block to your product page where you want reviews to sit.
- Open the settings below to choose when the review request goes out and what it offers.
It is live when: The module is on and the app embed is running, so the reviews section can be placed on your product page.
What your customer sees
A "Reviews" tab in their account on your own domain, in your branding — no second login, no app that looks like somebody else's.
Everything on the storefront is a theme block or the app embed, so there is no theme code to edit and nothing to undo if you switch the module off.
Questions merchants ask
How do reviews get onto my product page?
Switch Reviews on, turn the app embed on, then add the AlliDesk Reviews block to your product page in the theme editor, where you want it.
Who is asked for a review, and when?
Customers who bought, a set number of days after delivery. The request emails them a link that lets them write without signing in.
Can customers add photos or video?
Yes, when you allow it. Everything lands in moderation first, so nothing appears on your storefront until you publish it.
Do reviews show stars in Google?
Rich snippets are on by default: the product page carries the rating in a form search engines read. Whether Google shows it is Google's call.
