Billed monthly through Shopify, on the invoice you already get. Change plans any time; the order count resets each calendar month. Extra order charges stop at $500 a month, whatever happens.
What counts as an order
An order your store takes while AlliDesk is installed. Not an app install, not a page view, not a customer. Cancelled and refunded orders are not taken off the count, and nothing is charged twice.
Past the included orders, we charge for each block of 100, as the first order of that block arrives.
Questions before you install
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Free has every module and includes 100 orders a month, then $15 per further 100.
What if I go over?
Nothing stops. Extra orders are charged 100 at a time at your plan's rate, and you are emailed before the $500 monthly cap is reached.
Can I move plans?
Any time, from Plan & billing in the app. Shopify handles the proration.
